As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for valued customers. You play a vital role in answering questions about our products and services, ensuring that every customer has an excellent service experience. With your knowledge and expertise, you will help customers make the right choices and solve any problems quickly and efficiently.
But your responsibilities go beyond customer service. You are also responsible for complete order handling, from order acceptance to invoicing. You work closely with colleagues in Utrecht and the United States to ensure that all aspects, such as availability, delivery times and technical details, are coordinated.
Customer satisfaction is paramount at this organisation, and you play a crucial role in achieving this goal. You will build strong relationships with customers across Europe, maintaining intensive contact via e-mail and telephone. With your friendly and professional communication style, you make sure every customer feels heard and valued.
- Directly employed by the client;
- A position 40 hours per week;
- Salary indication between € 2,800 and € 3,100 gross based on 40 hours (scale depending on knowledge and experience);

- Hybrid work schedule, Tuesday and Friday are opportunities to work from home.
- You have at least 3 years' work experience in a customer service role;
- You have excellent command of the English language both verbally and in writing;
- Experience in an international organisation is a plus;
