Are you the highly driven and communicative account manager who has a good command of the English language? Then we're looking for you!

For an office located in London / England, we're looking for a confident and experienced account manager who isn't afraid of a challenge.

Over de functie
  • Identify new business opportunities by leveraging the full potential of the product and services portfolio;
  • Collaborate with agents and relevant stakeholders to achieve high quality sales and service;
  • Manage and maintain active relationships with existing customers in collaboration with the Customer Service department to help ensure high; customer retention;
  • Create and realize sales opportunities by analyzing; market data, website content and competitors;
  • Acquire leads and develop the leads;
  • Plan warm/cold company visits;
  • Cold calling activities and log all calls with follow-up plan;
  • Market promotion activities planning and attending;
  • Administrate all relevant contact moments with companies to keep track of funnel progress. Make sure all relevant business details of the companies are administrated;
  • Keep in good contact with all SMS departments to ensure excellent communication with customers;
  • Achieve set KPI targets and goals;
  • Other assignments by the management.

Wat vragen wij van jou

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development or similar role;
  • Experience in the logistics industry will be a plus;
  • Proficiency in MS Office;
  • Excellent multitasking skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills inEnglish;
  • Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Strong customer service skills;
  • Ability to sell value and create credibility;
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality;
  • Enthusiastic to build good relationships with customers; agents and team members.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
