Are you ready to take your medical sales career to the next level? We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Medical Sales Representative to join our fast-growing European division. Our client is a global leader in high-tech body composition analyzers, widely used in hospitals, sports centers, and research institutions. Since 2017, the European headquarters has been located in Amsterdam, where an enthusiastic and international team is focused on further expansion throughout Europe.

Over de functie

As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be part of the Medical Business Development Team in the Benelux. This team focuses on market development within the medical field (hospitals, rehabilitation centers, paramedical centers, other medical institutions, and independent dietitians). The team informs and advises (para-) medical professionals about medical measuring equipment. You will work primarily from the headquarters in Amsterdam and partly from home, and naturally, you will spend a lot of time on the road visiting your clients across the Netherlands.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Identifying new potential clients and creating sales opportunities within the medical field;
  • Learning about the market to develop a strong sales strategy;
  • Closing sales contracts within the medical sector;
  • Collaborating with medical institutions for tender processes;
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients in the medical fieldProviding product training to professionals within the medical field;
  • Representing the company at conferences and events.

Wat vragen wij van jou

What you bring to the team:

  • A completed higher vocational (HBO) or university degree;
  • 2–5 years of commercial experience in the healthcare industry;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English;
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability;
  • A patient, persistent, and results-oriented mindset;
  • Excellent time and project management skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
  • Experience with InDesign or other design tools is a plus;
  • Ideally based in or near Amsterdam, due to the location of our headquarters.
