In this role, you will manage the full supply chain process – from client request to final delivery – ensuring that life-saving products reach the right destination on time.

• Je verwerkt bestellingen van klanten via een online systeem en zet deze om in inkooporders voor internationale leveranciers;
• Je coördineert het volledige export- en importproces inclusief documentatie;
• Je regelt transport via geselecteerde logistieke partners en houdt toezicht op het gehele leveringsproces;
• Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt voor heldere communicatie over status en leveringen;
• Je bewaakt de afgesproken levertijden en zorgt dat prestaties voldoen aan de gestelde KPI’s;
• Je verwerkt data foutloos en tijdig in het systeem;
• Je draagt zorg voor kwaliteit volgens interne standaarden (GDP/ISO);
• Je denkt mee over verbeteringen in processen en werkt actief mee aan innovatie in de keten;

• Process client orders via an online platform and convert them into purchase orders to international suppliers;
• Coordinate export/import documentation and ensure all regulatory steps are followed;
• Arrange transportation via selected logistics partners and oversee the shipping process until delivery;
• Provide excellent customer service with regular updates on order and shipment status;
• Monitor performance against key KPIs and lead time targets;
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into supply chain systems;
• Uphold internal quality standards (GDP/ISO) throughout the process;
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to innovation within the team.

• Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in logistiek, bedrijfskunde, (publieke) gezondheid of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied;
• Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in supply chain, inkoop of logistiek;
• Vloeiende beheersing van Engels én Frans (must). Spaans is een pré;
• Ervaring met ERP-systemen of supply chain tools;
• Je woont in Nederland en bent in bezit van een geldige werkvergunning;
• Je werkt nauwkeurig, klantgericht en weet prioriteiten te stellen.

• A bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, public health, business or related field;
• At least 2 years of experience in a supply chain, procurement, or logistics role;
• Fluency in English and French (required); Spanish is a plus;
• Familiarity with ERP or other supply chain management systems;
• Living in the Netherlands and eligible to work here;
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
