Within the organization, the MPT unit (Maintenance Products, Power Transmission and Tools & Equipment) provides solutions in the fields of maintenance, lubrication, and power transmission. Our entrepreneurial team of 35 people serves customers worldwide. This role combines the benefits of working in a small, close-knit team with the impact of an international company.

In this role, you will work in a small team, with 2 colleagues based in Singapore and 3 colleagues in Houten. The working language is English.

Join our dynamic Business Support department, where curiosity meets business insight and operational efficiency. You will play a central role in supporting customers worldwide and helping them succeed with our products.

As the face of this organisation towards the customer, you will communicate in a friendly, professional, and personal manner, creating meaningful interactions.

You will:

• Support customers in identifying root causes of issues and provide effective, timely solutions
• Collaborate closely with colleagues worldwide to gather information and resolve inquiries
• Maintain direct contact with suppliers and communicate customer-specific requirements
• Act as the first point of contact for quotations and general product inquiries
• Build strong customer relationships and contribute to long-term success
• Handle ordering and invoicing of new products

• Prospect of a permanent contract
• Full-time position (40 hours per week)
• Salary range between €4,100 and €5,100 gross per month (based on 40 hours)
